They want you to admit,
They want you to submit,
They want you to suffer,
Your screams mean nothing,
They want you silenced,
They want you enslaved,
They want you powerless,
They want your power,
They want your possessions,
They want your offspring,
They want you defenseless,
They want you dead,
They won't stop until this is achieved.

Ἡ εἰκών was an impressive debut, but way too short! Luckily, Ψευδομένη arrives to satisfy the urge for more of what made its precedessor hit hard and fast: some atmospheric moments (don't be deterred as this is still brutal, dissonant and disgusting to the core) and at the same time, J.L. is exploring longer tracks - e.g. my personal favourite - and implementing some cavernous lows. If there's one thing we can all agree on, it's most likely that this man refuses to stand still. What a pace! David Fischer

The dissonant bleakness of the first track is less weird and more hypnotic than on the second track. That's why I like it a little more. But both songs together make for an extraordinary experience and a journey to the arhythmically beating heart of darkness. mourner
